Domain
What’s in the name?
Why did I choose c0rinne.net? Well, I saw that it was available, and I was tired of seeing Luve-Me [dot] net (old personal domain) everywhere. It’s not very shocking that I would choose it. At least, I don’t think so.
The website
I bought the domain on February 5, 2007, the day after I decided that I wanted to get c0rinne.net and stop using luve-me.net as my main site.

Hosting
This site and some of my other domains are hosted by DreamHost. However, if you do sign up, make sure you say I referred you ! If you want an even better deal, I can give you some promo codes, contact me. *Why am I using DreamHost when I offer paid hosting from a different reseller? Well long story made very short, I spent a ton of money before I found the new company, and DreamHost isn’t bad, so I was willing to stay until the contract is up. If you want to host free sites, it’s a good option.
I’ve re-registered my name through DreamHost because I could get it for free.

No WWW: Class B
The site validates as a Class B domain at No-WWW.org. This means that if you try to access any page through the WWW sub-domain, you will be redirected to the non-WWW address. For example, www.c0rinne.net redirects to c0rinne.net, and www.c0rinne.net/domain/ redirects to c0rinne.net/domain/.
For more on the deprecated WWW sub-domain, you can consult the FAQ at No-www.org. Also, Google is another reason why using www sucks.
